With over 15 years of experience in QSR, retail, and cinema operations, I bring a deep passion for the hospitality industry. I hold a B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM Chennai (NCHMCT, Govt. of India) and an MBA from Symbiosis International University. My professional journey began with McDonald's India, followed by enriching experiences with Jasmi’s Corporation (Bahrain), INOX Leisure Ltd, UFO Moviez India Ltd, and Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Driven by the vision of creating exceptional dining experiences, I co-founded Vincitore Restaurants LLP, where we introduced our QSR brand Yummezz. Our goal is to redefine the fast-food experience with delicious, quality food and exceptional customer service. At Vincitore, I lead the team with a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, as we expand our footprint in the Indian QSR market.
